A Comprehensive Approach to Facial Harmony & Rejuvenation
Facial balancing is a personalized, nonsurgical approach to enhancing facial proportions, restoring volume, and refining contours while preserving your natural features.
At Fraiche Medspa, we evaluate your facial anatomy, tissue quality, and aesthetic goals to identify areas that may benefit from treatment. Through the strategic use of dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and PDO threads when appropriate, we develop an individualized plan designed to improve facial harmony and achieve natural-looking results.
Facial balancing is not about treating every area or changing how you look. It's about understanding how individual facial features work together and developing a treatment plan that complements your natural anatomy.
Your provider will assess facial proportions, volume distribution, tissue support, and skin quality to determine the most appropriate approach. Treatment areas and techniques are selected based on your concerns, goals, and clinical candidacy.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Facial balancing may be suitable for individuals looking to enhance facial proportions, address asymmetry, restore lost volume, or refine specific features. Whether your concerns are related to genetics, aging, weight changes, or facial anatomy, treatment is personalized to your individual needs and goals.
A consultation is required to evaluate your anatomy, medical history, and treatment candidacy.
-
Common treatment areas include the cheeks, under-eyes, temples, nose, lips, chin, jawline, nasolabial folds (smile lines), and marionette lines. Upper-face neurotoxin may also be incorporated to address forehead lines, frown lines, and crow's feet.
Not every area requires treatment. Your provider will recommend specific areas based on your facial proportions, concerns, and clinical assessment.
-
Each tier offers a different level of facial balancing:
Fraiche Refine ($2,997): Targets 2 facial areas with dermal filler, plus upper-face neurotoxin.
Fraiche Balance ($4,997): Addresses 3–4 facial areas with dermal filler, plus upper-face neurotoxin.
Fraiche Lift ($6,997): Comprehensive rejuvenation addressing 4–6 areas with dermal filler, upper-face neurotoxin, and PDO thread lifting when clinically appropriate.
Your provider will help determine which approach best suits your anatomy and aesthetic goals.
-
Our approach focuses on enhancing your existing features rather than dramatically changing your appearance. Treatment is guided by facial anatomy, proportions, and appropriate product placement to achieve subtle, natural-looking results.
However, outcomes vary, and no aesthetic procedure can guarantee a specific result.
-
Longevity depends on the treatments performed, products used, treatment areas, and individual factors.
Dermal Fillers: Commonly 9–18 months or longer, depending on the product and area.
Neurotoxins: Typically 3–4 months.
PDO Thread Lift: Lifting effects vary, with results often lasting approximately 12 months or longer in some patients.
Maintenance treatments may be recommended to support your results.
-
Dermal fillers provide immediate volume enhancement, although swelling may temporarily affect your appearance. Final results are typically assessed after approximately 2–4 weeks.
Neurotoxins generally begin working within several days, with full effects developing in approximately 10–14 days.
PDO thread lifting may provide an immediate visible change, with swelling and tissue settling continuing over several weeks. Collagen remodeling develops gradually.
-
Downtime varies depending on the treatments performed. Temporary swelling, bruising, tenderness, and redness are common following injectable treatments.
Most patients can resume routine activities relatively quickly after filler or neurotoxin treatments. PDO thread lifting may require additional recovery time and temporary activity restrictions.
We recommend allowing approximately 2–4 weeks before major events, particularly for comprehensive treatments.
-
Patient comfort is a priority. Depending on the treatment, topical or injectable local anesthetics may be used to minimize discomfort.
You may experience pressure, pinching, or temporary discomfort during certain portions of the procedure, particularly with PDO thread placement. Tenderness and soreness afterward are possible.
-
Common temporary effects include swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness, and asymmetry during healing.
Less common but more serious complications can occur, including infection, nodules, filler migration, vascular occlusion, tissue injury, and, in rare cases, vision loss associated with dermal filler. PDO threads also carry risks such as dimpling, visibility, extrusion, and irregular contour.
Your provider will review procedure-specific risks, benefits, and alternatives before treatment.
-
Fraiche Lift is a nonsurgical facial rejuvenation approach that combines dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and PDO threads when appropriate.
While these treatments may improve volume, contour, and mild tissue laxity, they cannot replicate the degree of lifting or correction achievable through surgery.
Patients with significant skin laxity or tissue descent may benefit more from a surgical consultation.
-
Preparation instructions depend on your recommended treatments. Before your appointment, disclose your medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, and previous aesthetic procedures.
Your provider may recommend avoiding certain products or activities before treatment. Do not discontinue prescribed medications without guidance from the prescribing clinician.
Detailed pre-treatment instructions will be provided once your procedure is scheduled.
-
Your journey begins with an aesthetic consultation. During this appointment, your provider will review your concerns, medical history, and aesthetic goals to develop an individualized treatment recommendation.
A final in-person assessment is completed before treatment to confirm candidacy and the appropriate approach.
Fraiche Medspa offers financing through Cherry and CareCredit for qualified applicants, allowing eligible patients to explore monthly payment options.
